Hayden Foley
Starting with just one truck and a passion for the transport and crane truck industry, the founder and Managing Director of Foley Logistics has grown the company into a trusted, state-wide provider servicing major corporations across Australia.

An entrepreneur since the age of 19, he discovered his true calling in the transport industry at 23 and established Foley Logistics on the Gold Coast, where he continues to lead the business today. His journey reflects persistence, innovation, and a drive to build a lasting legacy in the logistics sector.
Under his leadership, Foley Logistics has become known for its reliability, safety, and professionalism, backed by a brand-new modern fleet and a highly trained team. He leads by example, focusing on teamwork, accountability, and strong communication to maintain a culture where every team member takes pride in their work.

Mallory Barr
As General Manager and 2IC, Mallory works closely alongside the Director across the financial, commercial and people functions of Foley Logistics.

Highly organised and solutions-focused, Mallory brings strong business management, financial and interpersonal skills to the team. Her ability to manage competing priorities, build strong relationships and see the bigger picture has made her an integral part of the continued development of the business.
Her role encompasses financial oversight, reporting, HR, recruitment and staff retention, with a strong focus on creating a positive workplace culture and supporting sustainable business growth.
As second-in-charge, Mallory is trusted to step into the Director’s capacity when required, providing leadership and making key decisions to ensure continuity across the business.
Sarah Jones
Sarah brings 20 years of experience in legal, policy and document management, with a strong corporate background. She supports project applications, coordination and documentation at Foley Logistics.

Sarah brings 20 years of experience in legal, policy and document management environments, alongside a strong background in corporate operations, project management, auditing and risk management. Her experience supporting large companies brings a structured, detail-focused approach to Foley Logistics.
As Operations and Projects Coordinator, Sarah helps prepare and submit project applications, supporting the business in securing new opportunities. She coordinates project requirements, prepares project documentation and works with the operations team to keep information, deadlines and responsibilities organised.
Her background in policy creation, corporate processes and document control supports clear procedures and thorough project records. From the initial application through to project coordination, Sarah helps ensure our team has the documentation and practical support needed to deliver each project professionally.
Caleb Franich
As Operations Manager, Caleb works across the physical day-to-day operations of Foley Logistics, supporting the Director, management team, drivers and wider fleet to keep the operation running efficiently.

His role as Operations Manager includes assisting with daily fleet dispatch, staff coordination, vehicle servicing and maintenance, inspections, compliance requirements and overall fleet presentation.
Caleb also works directly with our drivers, making sure they have the equipment, information and support required to complete each job safely and on time.
As a hands-on member of the operations team, Caleb maintains practical competency across the business and can step into the operation when required, assist on-site, cover fleet requirements and help resolve issues as they arise.
Working closely with the Director and management team, Caleb helps maintain the organisation, reliability and presentation expected across Foley Logistics as the business continues to grow.
Kevin Peterson
With more than 30 years of transport industry experience, Kevin leads Foley Logistics’ compliance projects, NHVR compliance audits, safety programs and training.

Kevin brings more than 30 years of transport industry experience to Foley Logistics. Recently joining the team as Chief Compliance Officer, he leads our compliance projects, NHVR compliance audits, internal safety programs and training modules.
His work covers fatigue management, driver education, audit readiness and the practical systems that support safe, compliant transport operations. Kevin works with our drivers, operations team and leadership to turn compliance requirements into clear procedures and everyday habits.
Kevin’s approach centres on clear standards, personal accountability and following through. By strengthening training, reviewing internal processes and addressing gaps, he helps build a safety culture where everyone understands their responsibilities and takes ownership of doing the job properly.
