Mondrian Gold Coast
Render Delivery Program
Coordinated courier and crane-truck delivery of Dulux Acratex render and texture materials into a major live construction environment at Burleigh Heads.
Dulux Acratex material flow for a landmark beachfront build.
Foley Logistics supported Dulux Acratex through the coordinated delivery of render and texture materials for the Mondrian Gold Coast development, working around the Hutchinson Builders site program.
The project brought Australia’s first Mondrian property to Burleigh Heads. Hutchinson Builders records the completed development as two towers linked by a level-three podium, with 84 private residences, 208 guest rooms and a five-star hotel offering.
For Foley Logistics, the requirement was practical and exacting: keep Dulux Acratex finishing materials moving into a busy construction site, align every delivery with access and program requirements, and deploy the right vehicle for each load.
Deliver the right Dulux Acratex material, in the right sequence, without disrupting the site.
High-rise construction logistics are controlled by access, timing, safety and the needs of multiple trades working at once.
Active construction environment
Every arrival had to work within live site controls, vehicle movements and designated unloading areas.
Delivery windows tied to the program
Materials needed to arrive when site teams could receive and use them—not simply when a truck was available.
Mixed load sizes and placement needs
Courier and crane-truck capability allowed vehicle selection to match the consignment and unloading requirement.
Multiple site stakeholders
Dulux Acratex requirements, site management, operators and dispatch all needed clear communication around each movement.
Confirm the material requirement
Dulux Acratex load size, pallet quantity, collection point, site contact, access conditions and required delivery timing were confirmed before allocation.
Match the vehicle to the load
Courier vehicles supported smaller and urgent requirements, while crane trucks provided capacity and controlled unloading for palletised render and texture materials.
Coordinate the delivery window
Dispatch aligned each movement with site operations, helping prevent avoidable waiting, congestion and interruption to the works.
Enter and operate within site controls
Drivers followed site access, safety and unloading procedures while working around other trades and construction activity.
Unload and confirm completion
Materials were placed as required, delivery status was communicated and the next movement could be planned around actual site demand.

Flexible fleet backed by active coordination.
This was not a single bulk drop. Foley Logistics created a repeat delivery model for Dulux Acratex materials that could respond to changing site demand while maintaining control of load size, delivery timing and unloading requirements.
Crane trucks handled the heavier palletised render and texture products, providing transport capacity and mechanical unloading in one movement. Courier vehicles supported smaller consignments and urgent requirements when the construction program could not wait for the next scheduled crane-truck run.
Each Gold Coast construction delivery was coordinated around the active Mondrian site at Burleigh Heads. Dispatch considered site access, delivery windows, vehicle suitability, load dimensions and the receiving team before allocating the movement.
- Scheduled and responsive material deliveries
- Crane-truck transport for palletised Dulux Acratex products
- Courier support for urgent construction materials
- Site communication before arrival and unloading
- Safe operation within a live high-rise construction environment
Project result: a dependable material-delivery pathway connecting Dulux Acratex supply requirements with the Mondrian construction program, supported by one accountable Foley Logistics operations team.
Construction logistics that operate around the trade—not against it.
Responsive coordination
Movements planned around requested timing, vehicle availability, site access and the priority of the material.
Courier to crane truck
Different vehicle types used to support both urgent items and heavier palletised construction materials.
Controlled arrival and unloading
Operators worked within active construction controls and coordinated placement requirements.
Volume delivered progressively
More than 50 pallets and 50 tonnes were moved in stages aligned with the construction program.
Trade and site alignment
Delivery details were coordinated between transport operations, the rendering contractor and site contacts.
Built for repeat requirements
The model supported ongoing deliveries rather than treating each movement as a disconnected booking.

Foley Logistics demonstrated the ability to support Dulux Acratex and a major builder through repeat, mixed-fleet construction deliveries. The work combined practical dispatch control with safe site execution and scalable transport capability.
