Foley Logistics is a rapidly growing transport and logistics organisation operating across courier, freight forwarding, and crane truck services. We are seeking an experienced Warehouse & Freight Forwarding Dispatch Manager to join our Gold Coast operation and take ownership of daily warehouse, dispatch and coordination activities.
This is a hands-on leadership role combining warehouse operations, dispatch coordination and operational oversight.
The Role
As our Warehouse & Freight Forwarding Dispatch Manager, you will take ownership of the day-to-day operations at our Gold Coast headquarters, ensuring freight is received, organised, loaded and dispatched efficiently each day. This is a hands-on leadership role combining warehouse management, dispatch coordination and driver communication, requiring a strong understanding of transport operations and safety compliance.
You will be responsible for coordinating inbound and outbound freight movements, loading vehicles including crane trucks, handling operational calls and maintaining a clean, organised and compliant warehouse environment while leading by example and ensuring procedures are followed.
- Unloading and loading semi-trailers at headquarters
- Loading crane trucks and vehicles for daily dispatch
- Coordinating inbound and outbound freight movements

The Role
You’ll be responsible for delivering construction and building materials to residential and commercial customers throughout the Gold Coast, Brisbane and surrounding areas.

We are seeking a full-time Courier Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the courier and transport industry and be confident working in a fast-paced environment. The candidate must have Previous experience in the courier or transport industry. A Strong understanding of load restraint and safe vehicle loading practices.The ability to accurately read site plans, job sheets, lot numbers, and delivery instructions.
Duties include:
- Fork-on / fork-off deliveries (all within SafeWork limits).
- Hand unloading materials when required.
- Completing pre-start checks and ensuring your vehicle is cleaned weekly.
- Coordinating with dispatch and customers for delivery scheduling.
- Maintaining professional communication and customer service standards.
- Maintain vehicle cleaniness and presentation
- Accurately complete driver run sheets and delivery documentation
- Use the Foley Logistics customer portal to manage deliveries
- Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers and suppliers
- Represent Foley Logistics to the highest professional standard
- Current C Class (car) licence required.
- Good driving record and solid local area knowledge.
- Full time position from Monday to Friday

Warehouse Storeperson – ACACIA RIDGE/ LYTTON
- Brisbane, QLD
We are looking for a new team member to join our Warehouse Team. We are seeking a motivated team member that will excel within our dynamic warehouse environment. The role will be based at both out Acacia Ridge and Lytton warehouses. The Storeperson role ensures orders and freight are stored, picked, packed, and loaded onto trucks safely. This includes checking paperwork, cross checking stock to ensure its correct and communicating with the Warehouse Supervisor if there are any issues. Some administrational support is included in the role.
